Lehi is where Silicon Slopes lives — Adobe, Ancestry, and dozens of other tech employers have turned this north Utah County city into one of the fastest-growing in the state. The homeowner profile reflects it: dual-income households, design-conscious buyers who moved from metro areas with higher expectations, and not a lot of time to spend on a sprinkler system that keeps breaking. Lehi's newer neighborhoods are well-planned but the landscaping often lags, and plenty of lots were finished to the minimum builder standard.
