Program Overview

Xperience Landscaping, a division of Xperience Roofing, LLC, operates an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about their estimate requests, appointments, and projects. Messages originate from (385) 417-5865 and may include estimate follow-ups, appointment scheduling and confirmations, project updates, and customer service communications. Some messages are sent by an automated AI assistant on our behalf; you can ask at any time whether you are communicating with AI, and you can always request to speak with a human team member.

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive text messages by submitting your phone number through a form on this website and checking the SMS consent box, by texting us first, or by otherwise providing express consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to discontinue texts. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, after which all messaging ceases. Reply START at any time to resubscribe. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to work with us — we will communicate by phone or email instead.
