Sandy is one of the valley's most established cities, with mature neighborhoods, older irrigation systems, and yards that are ready for a thoughtful update. Homes here sit on decent-sized lots with real root systems already in place — which means the opportunity is in editing and elevating what's there, not starting from scratch. From 1970s ranch lots near 9000 South to newer builds backing the Wasatch foothills, Sandy's diversity of yard styles keeps our work interesting.

We've worked throughout Sandy's established grid and know what shows up: clay-heavy soils along the bench, older spray heads running inefficient patterns, and front yards that were planted in the '90s and haven't changed since. We bring irrigation expertise, a strong plant palette for Utah clay, and the design sense to make a decades-old yard feel current without erasing what's already thriving.

Sandy City enforces seasonal watering restrictions during drought watch periods, limiting irrigation to two or three designated days per week. Front-yard turf removal is strongly encouraged but not yet mandated.
