That means a 2,000 sqft front-yard conversion returns up to $6,000 back in your pocket — and we handle the application from pre-approval through the final inspection.

Eligibility requires a minimum of 200 sqft of turf removed, replacement with water-wise plants or hardscape, and conversion of irrigation to drip or bubbler emitters. Pre-approval from JVWCD is mandatory before any work begins — skipping that step disqualifies the rebate entirely.
